The apartment "Anita" is a part of an old colonic villa located in a countryside area at the south end of Casentino valley.
It has been recently restructured taking care of all the old Tuscan villas characteristic aspects, but respecting at the same time the last environmental technologies; the result is a comfortable place naturally warm in winter and fresh in summer.
The villa owners live in the structures close the the apartment and are completely available for any needs of their guests.
